   Peal portugal and de-seed it.

   You can clip inner middle of it with kitchen scissors, to make it easier to remove seeds.

   Place in blender until liquified or pureed according to your blender options.

   I love mine with the pulp still there.

   However if you don't want the pulp use cheese cloth or sieve to squeeze out juice into a container.

   Return portugal juice to blender then add the pineapple in heavy syrup and orange juice.

   Add vanilla essence, ice blend and enjoy.

   If you like you can add vodka to it as well but must contain no pulp or very little.

   It taste great either way i choose alcohol free.
