Heat up the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan.

Chop up the onion into small pieces and add it to the pan and stir until it's slightly brown.

Then dice up the garlic cloves and add them to the pan and saute with the pizza sauce.

Add a pinch of salt and stir until thick then preheat the oven to 400F.

Spray olive oil on a baking sheet and place the portabello mushrooms with (stems removed and inside cleaned out) empty side up, place mushrooms in oven for 10min.

Remove from oven, add the mixed ingredients from the sauce pan into each mushroom then top with cheese and place back in oven 5 to 15min.

Cheese should be Melted and you should be able to stick the tip of a knife in and out of the side of the mushrooms with no resistance.
