Portabellas In Blue Cheese Sauce

   1. Slice backon, onion, garlick

   2. Cook bakon till is brawn. Add garlic and onion and stir frequebly, until onion is softened, about 10 minutes.

   3. Stir in thyme and rosemary.

   4. Add mushrooms and cover pot. Let is heat and add water. Let it cook till mushrooms are sofened.

   5. Reduce hit and add blue cheese crumbs. Mix everything till cheese will dissolve in nice smooth sauce.
