Wash portabella mushroom and season with the seasoning salt and garlic powder.

Place the portabella in a small frying pan on medium to low heat. Cover for 5 minutes then flip mushroom and cover for another 5 minutes.

Put portabella mushroom on plate, then add red onions to the pan you used for the mushroom.

Sautee onions until soft. Once onions are soft place them on top of the portabella mushroom.

Set aside a Tablespoon on onions to garnish the top of the meal.

Fry one egg sunny side up. The egg will be completely cooked when there are white specks in the yoke.

Once egg is done, place it on the top of the mushroom and onions then garnish.
