chop stems off of portabellas, chop up stems and add 1/2 to sundried tomatoes and 1/2 to bacon bits. wipe top of portabellas clean with a paper towel and brush tops lightly with olive oil. place topside down on plate or cookie sheet.

mix remaining olive oil and crushed garlic salt and pepper.

top 1/2 portabellas with sundried tomatoes and drizzle with olive oil mixture,sprinkle liberally with asiago cheese.

brush remainder with mayonnaise and sprinkle with bacon bit mixture. drizzle lightly with olive oil mixture. place a spinach leaf on bacon portabellas and top with mozzerella cheese.

place on hot grill for around 5-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbily and golden. if you cover your grill make sure to peak often. serve hot or cold.
