1 x 185 gram tin tuna

1 onion

Lightly beat milk and eggs together in a large bowl. Add first measure of cheese, rolled oats, salt, pepper, herbs and cottage cheese. Drain and flake tuna. Add to bowl. Wash and chop the spinach. Wash and slice the mushrooms.

Peel and grate the carrot. Peel and chop the onion.

Blanch the tomatoes and chop.

Add spinach, mushrooms, carrot, onion and tomatoes.

Mix thoroughly. Put in ovenproof dish.

Sprinkle with second measure of cheese. Bake at 180u00b0 C (350u00b0) for 40 to 60 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
