2 lb. pork tenderloin, cut in 2-inch cubes
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. onions, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. white wine
juice from 3 oranges (save peels)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 bay leaf
4 c. hot cooked rice

Saute meat in butter until golden brown.
