4 pork steaks
10 sm. potatoes
1 sm. onion, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, stems & pcs
1 tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon dry thyme
1 pkg. frzn peas & corn

Brown pork steaks, drain.

Add in to potatoes and onion.

Mix everything except peas and carrots.

Pour mix over meat, potatoes, and onion.

Heat to boiling - reduce heat.

Cover and simmer 50-60 min.

Rinse peas and carrots to separate.
