Pork Sausage With Lentils

   Slice ,the onion , carrot and celery and prepare a base of oil to fry them.

   When ready throw the drained lentils, then add half a glass of wine,water with a tablespoon of tomato paste and salt.

   Let cook until they are ready.

   Put the pork sausage, still in it's bag , in water and boil it for 15 minutes.
