Take 1 cup of flour, salt and water; mix together until it makes a dough (add more flour if needed)

The 1/2 cup of flour spread that on a clean level base and knead dough until it no longer is sticking on hands

Roll dough into a snake form and cut 1 inch pieces and put aside

Take all ingredients for the filling and mix together

Get one of the dough pieces and roll it out to make a circle, place a spoon full of the filling mixture in the middle of dough

Fold dough over and either you can close with a fork or you can pinch the dough together to close; repeat this until all potstickers are made

Take a skillet and grease it with a little butter; place a couple potstickers in pan and brown on each side...then turn on low heat and add 1/3 cup of water and cover to let potstickers steam until cooked all the way bout 15mins

Done and serve with soy sauce or your choice of sauce
