Pork parmesan subs

   slice the pork into small rounds and then beat them into thin pieces

   heat oil in pan

   dip beaten pork into eggs then into bread crumb and parmesan mixture

   then fry the pork in the oil until brown on both sides

5. 5

   place sauce in separate pan and begin placing the cooked pork into sauce

   heat pork in sauce until pork is completely done

7. 7

   serve on sub rolls and top with cheese
