1 tablespoon olive oil

200g button mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
250ml PHILADELPHIA Light Cream For Cooking
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce

SEASON the pork with salt and pepper and spray with oil.

Heat a large frypan and brown the pork well on all sides.

Transfer the pork to an oven tray and bake in a moderately hot oven 190C for 15 -20 minutes until just cooked and still a little pink.

Wrap in foil and stand 5 minutes before slicing.

HEAT the oil in the pan and saute the onion and mushrooms for 3-5 minutes until softened.

Add the garlic and paprika a cook a further minute.

STIR in the PHILLY, mustard, and Worcestershire, stir until combined and allow to simmer a further 2 minutes.

Arrange sliced pork onto serving plates and spoon over the sauce.

Serve with mash and green beans.
