Pork Chops Tenderized with Mayonnaise

   Cut the chunk of meat into about 1 cm slices.

   If it's cutlets, there's no need to cut.

   Put small cuts in the surface against the grain, then pound the meat with the back of a knife.

   Add mayonnaise and work it into the meat.

   Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.

   Meanwhile, mince the onion and garlic.

   Heat a pan, and pan-fry both sides of the pork.

   You don't need oil because you're using mayonnaise.

   Sprinkle salt and pepper.

    Remove the meat from the pan.

    Add garlic and onion to the pan, and stir-fry until fragrant.

    Pour ketchup, okonomiyaki sauce, and water, and bring to a boil

    When the sauce is reduced by half, return the meat.

    Coat with the sauce, add plenty of melting cheese, and it's done.
