4 butterfly pork chops, boneless
1 ½ cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
½ cup milk
½ cup sour cream
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 (24 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (16 ounce) can Durkee onions
