10 bay leaves

4 tsp. dry mustard

1 lemon, quartered
4 or 5 garlic buttons
4 Tbsp. salt
1/2 stick oleo
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1 medium onion, quartered
1 tsp. rosemary
Tabasco to taste

Simmer all ingredients about 15 minutes and strain.

Cook 20 pounds of pork loin ribs over charcoal pit.

Baste and turn every few minutes.

Takes 2 to 3 hours.
