Pork Barbecue

   Put meat and water in slow cooker and cook on low 8 to 10 hours. When done, it should shred easily with a fork. Remove from slow cooker and shred meat with 2 forks. Put back into slow cooker (make sure you discard the water and fat) or large casserole dish. Add sauce and serve with rice or on hamburger buns.
