1 bunch Komatsuna
1 pinch Salt and pepper
1 Katakuriko
1 clove Garlic (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 tsp *Sugar
1 tbsp *Sake
2 tbsp *Soy sauce
1 tbsp *Water
1/2 tsp Sesame oil

Cut the pork into easy to eat pieces if they are too big.

Season with salt and pepper, and thinly coat with katakuriko.

Cut the komatsuna into 4 cm lengths and dry off any moisture.
