Cut the pork and onion into about 1 cm cubes.

Thinly slice the garlic.

Remove the seeds from the red hot pepper and cut it into thin round slices.

Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and heat up the garlic.

It's OK once you can smell the garlic.

Add the pork and onions to Step 2.

Cook until the pork's color changes and everything in the pan is covered with oil.

Add the whole can of tomatoes ( with the juice ), soy beans, wine, crushed consomme cube, red hot popper and bay leaf to Step 3.

Mix while you mush the whole tomato.

Stew it on medium heat.

It will boil down in about 7 to 10 minutes.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a little bit of pepper to taste, then it's ready.
