Popcorn Peanut Bars

   Combine sugar and corn syrup in medium size bowl.

   Heat to full boil in microwave, about 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.

   Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.

   Mix popcorn with peanuts.

   Pour peanut butter mixture over popcorn and peanuts.

   Stir to coat. Pat firmly into 8 x 8 x 2-inch glass dish.

   Cool and cut into 2-inch squares.
