Poor Man'S Lasagna

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Brown hamburg, onions, green pepper and mushrooms together.

   Add spaghetti sauce.

   In a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan, layer noodles, then sauce mixture, Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese, two or three times, until everything is gone.

   Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

   You can also throw in pepperoni, sausage, ham, etc.
