Poor Man'S Beef Stroganoff

   In a large frying pan, put in the butter. Add mushrooms and saute 3 minutes.

   Add some minced onions.

   Saute some more until onions turn translucent yellow. Throw in hamburger and smash it all around until it turns dark grayish brown.

   Drain off liquid. Add 1/2 cup sour cream and simmer while preparing rice or noodles. Put the rice or noodles on the plates.

   Plop on the junk from the frying pan and add a blob of sour cream on top of it all.
