Pomegrante Martini Recipe

   Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel or a lemon twist, and serve.

   1. You can make pomegranate juice by cutting a medium pomegranate in half and juicing with any juicer. Each pomegranate will yield about 4oz of juice.

   2. Simple syrup is made with equal parts sugar and water. Boil until dissolved and then simmer until syrupy.
