2 pork chops; inch thick
16 oz pomegranate-blueberry POM juice
6 oz fresh blueberries
1 cup bbq sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp dried basil
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 salt and white pepper

Combine POM juice, blueberries, sugar, and bbq sauce in a sauce pot.

Reduce on medium heat by 1/2.

Grill or saute each side for 3-4 minutes.

Enough to get nice caramelization on each side.

Bake in a 350 oven for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until pork almost reaches desired doneness.
