1
Make a paper template shaped to resemble a poinsettia leaf, making sure it is small enough to fit on the block of cream cheese but large enough to cover as much of it as possible.
2
Place the template on top of the unwrapped block of cream cheese and, using a sharp knife, cut the leaf pattern out of the cream cheese.
3
Do the same for all blocks of cream cheese.
4
Place the blocks of cream cheese on an oven-friendly serving plate, spaced evenly apart so that they resemble a poinsettia.
5
Cook the bacon and crumble it into small pieces.
6
Place crumbled cooked bacon on top of cream cheese leaves.
7
Pour Original Slatherin Sauce over all cream cheese leaves.
8
Heat for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove from oven.
9
Add diced yellow pepper in the center of the poinsettia where the five leaf tips are touching one another.
10
Place parsley in between cream cheese leaves (as pictured).
11
Serve warm with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
