Pocket Sandwiches Recipe

   Combine mayonnaise and mustard in mixing bowls.

   Cut meat into strips.

   Add in meat to mayonnaise in bowl.

   Stir till all meat is coated with mayonnaise mix.

   Cut each round of pita bread in half.

   Open the bread to make a pocket.

   Spoon about 1/2 c. of the meat mix into each half of bread.

   Add in pickle slices, shredded cheese and lettuce to pocket.

   Yields: 4 sandwiches.
