Pleasing Potato Pancakes

   Combine all ingredients.

   Blend well in a mixing bowl.

   Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased hot skillet.

   Take the rolled patty mixture and drop into the pan.

   Turn the heat to medium.

   Cook on both sides until lightly browned.

   Repeat the process.

   Turn each one over with a spatula.

   Do this until it is golden brown and crispy.

    Drain the grease off and serve.
