Pizza with Caramelized Onions

   Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

   Remove pizza dough from the bowl.

   Roll the dough out onto a lightly floured surface.

   Using your rolling pin, roll the dough into a 14-inch round.

   Transfer pizza dough to a baking stone.

   Spread fresh made pizza sauce onto the pizza dough, leaving about 1/2 inch at the edges uncovered.

   Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese, alternating each as you go.

   Spread caramelized onions on top of the cheese.

   Bake pizza at 425 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.

    The crust should be golden brown and the cheese should be bubbly.

    Remove from oven, cool slightly, slice, serve and enjoy!
