1
Cut each piece of string cheese in half lengthwise.
-
2
Take one egg roll wrapper and place it on your work surface, placing it sideways to look like a diamond.
-
3
Grab two pieces of pepperoni (you can use either the sandwich type of pepperoni which is much larger or the medium size which is normally used for pizzas).
-
4
Line up the pepperoni side by side approximately halfway up the egg roll wrapper.
-
5
Place one half of the string cheese, lengthwise, on top of the pepperoni.
-
6
Roll the egg roll wrapper starting from both sides, folding inward towards the center.
-
7
Grab the bottom of the wrapper and pull it up towards the center.
-
8
Dont roll it too tight but make sure the pepperoni and string cheese is nice and snug.
-
9
Roll it up to the end.
-
10
Seal lightly with water and set aside to finish the remaining pizza sticks.
-
11
Once you have finished prepping the sticks, you can place them in the fridge until youre ready to fry and serve.
-
12
If youre ready to make them, add the oil into a frying pan and heat on a medium level.
-
13
While your oil is heating up you can pour your marinara sauce into a dipping bowl or you can heat it in a saucepan on the stove.
-
14
Whichever works for you.
-
15
For me, I place sauce into a small microwavable bowl, place into the microwave, cover with a lid or paper plate (this helps keep the sauce in the bowl and not all over the microwave) and heat for approximately 45 seconds to 1 minute.
-
16
You also want to get a couple of paper towels set out so you can place the finished pizza sticks on them to drain the oil.
-
17
Once the oil has been heated, add the sticks into the pot in a single layer.
-
18
Make sure that the oil is not too hot because you want the cheese to melt but you dont want the outside to burn.
-
19
Cook the sticks on each side for about 2 to 3 minutes.
-
20
Remove finished pizza sticks from the pan using tongs and place on the paper towels to drain the oil.
-
21
Serve with the marinara sauce.
-
22
This recipe is for six sticks but you can make more depending on the situation.

The more the better.
