Ingredients: 4 ounces sliced mushrooms; ½ cup chopped onion; 1 teaspoon oil; 1 teaspoon italian seasoning; 1 teaspoon oregano; 2 cups water; 15 ounces pizza sauce; 1 cup chopped pepperoni; ½ cup cooked italian sausage or ½ cup hamburger; ¼ cup parmesan cheese; mozzarella cheese, shredded, for sprinkling

Servings: persons

4 ounces sliced mushrooms
½ cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon oregano
2 cups water
15 ounces pizza sauce
1 cup chopped pepperoni
½ cup cooked italian sausage or ½ cup hamburger
¼ cup parmesan cheese
mozzarella cheese, shredded, for sprinkling

In a large saucepan, sauteed mushrooms and onion in oil for 2-3 minutes.

Add rest of ingredients.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Before serving, stir in Parmesan.

Garnish with mozzarella.

*Can use crocks, cook on low for 3-4 hours.

Just brown the meat and dump everything in the crockpot.
