1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, diced
1/4 c. wheat germ
3/4 c. bread crumbs

1 c. catsup

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together, except cheese.

Layer 1/3 of meat in bottom of loaf pan.
