Pour warm water into a large mixing bowl.

When finish, remove it from the boel and put it on a floured table top to knead it.

You kind of pick the dough up and push it against it self or fold the dough in half and push it against it self, over and over again for about 10-15 minutes.

When finish kneading, coat the dough with a thin layer of Olive oil.

Put the dough into a big bowl.

Put a piece of kitchen film on top of it.

Put the bowl in a warm place such as an un-lit oven for 60-75 minutes.

After 60-75 mins., take th dough out of the bowl and cut it in half.

Take the dough and flatten them a little bit.

Hand mold then into a ball and tuck each portion into it self.
