Stir in raisins and wine, with almonds, citron, pine nuts, cherries. Transfer dough to parchment paper-lined baking sheet; shape dough to 8""x10"" rectangle about 1-1/2"" thick. Bake til dark brown but moist in center, 35-40 min. Cool 20 min. Cut and serve"]
