1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 Tbsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. fennel seed
1 (16 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
18 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
grated Parmesan cheese

Brown meats in skillet.

Drain off excess fat.

Simmer 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions.

In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer noodles, meat, Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses and sprinkle top of casserole with grated Parmesan.
