1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/4 c. uncooked macaroni
15 oz. jar pizza sauce
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 c. water
1/4 lb. sliced pepperoni
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

Combine the beef, onion, green pepper and garlic in a 3 1/2-quart microwavable casserole.

Microwave uncovered on High for 5 to 6 minutes.

Drain off and discard the fat.

Add the macaroni, water, pizza sauce and the mushrooms.

Cut the pepperoni slices in half and add them to the casserole.

Stir to combine ingredients and microwave, covered, on High for 15 to 18 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
