Bake at 350 degrees until tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of the cakes comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool cakes in pans for about 5 minutes, then run a knife around the edges of the cakes, and invert them out of the pans and onto cooling racks.
