Pioneer Stew

   Cook beef, onion and green pepper until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.

   Drain corn, beans and tomatoes.

   Add liquids, chili powder and salt to meat and cook until liquid is reduced to about half.

   Add corn, beans and tomatoes.

   Simmer 10 minutes.

   Stir in cheese and serve.
