3/4 c. cracker crumbs (or possibly bread crumbs)

1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish (optional)

1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (for topping)

Mix well and spread on waxed paper or possibly foil shaped into flat rectangle about 14 inches by 10 inches.

Sprinkle cheese proportionately over meat mix up to 1 inch of edges.

Roll up from shorter side like jelly roll, and press ends to seal.

Transfer to shallow baking dish, seam side down.
