Pineapple Topping For Ice Cream

   Heat the pineapple, orange, and lemon juice in a medium saucepan.

   Mix the water, egg, sugar and flour together, and slowly add them to the juices.

   Cook over LOW heat in a heavy saucepan until thick.

   Cool, and store in the refrigerator.
