Pineapple Paradise Pie

   Preheat oven to 400u00b0.

   Soften butter in mixing bowl.

   Add the sugar, flour and coconut; mix well.

   Press into bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.

   Bake at 400u00b0 for 10 or 12 minutes, or until brown. Crumble.

   Press 2 cups into 9-inch pie pan.

   Cool.

   Reserve remaining mixture.
