Pineapple Cookies

   Combine all ingredients.

   Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.

   Bake at 375u00b0 for 10-15 minutes.

   May use glaze of pineapple juice and confectioners sugar.

   A tbsp. of lemon juice may be added to the drained pineapple to bring out it's flavor, if desired.

   These keep fresh a long time.
