Pineapple Cake(This Cake Is Very Low-Fat Without Frosting.)

   In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add pineapple (juice and all), flour, white sugar, brown sugar, baking soda and eggs; mix together.

   Stir in chopped nuts.

   Spread evenly in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350u00b0 or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Frost with Cream Cheese Ginger Frosting.
