Dice up all of the fruits and vegetables and put into mixing bowl for the salsa.

Sprinkle in the salt and gently fold and mix the salsa.

Pour or squirt in some lime juice to taste and continue to gently mix the salsa.

Set the salsa aside and slice the chicken breasts in half (thin slices, cut lengthwise through the side).

Generously sprinkle and rub the citrus seasoning all over the chicken breasts. Add a little salt and flour to the rub as well.

Cook the chicken on medium-high until cooked.

Add in lime juice to taste to the chicken. Then remove chicken from the stove.

Slice the chicken into strips ready for burritos.

Spread the BBQ sauce all over the bottom of the tortilla.

Add the chicken and salsa to the tortilla and enjoy! :)
