1
To make the cheese, add everything except the butter and bread into a mixing bowl and mix it very well.
-
2
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
-
3
When you are ready to make the grilled cheese, spread the half of the butter onto one side of one slice of bread.
-
4
Spread a generous amount of the pimento-style cheese onto the other slice of bread.
-
5
Heat a skillet on medium-low heat.
-
6
Add the buttered slice of bread to the skillet, butter side down, then top it with the cheese slice (cheese side down).
-
7
Spread the top of the sandwich with the remaining butter, and cook for a few minutes, gently lifting and looking for a golden brown on the bottom side.
-
8
Once golden brown, flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
-
9
Place onto your serving plate, and slice in half, or not, thats up to you!
-
10
The end result is one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches Ive had in a long time.

I was kind of giggling when eating it because it was just that awesome.
