Pilgrim Hat Cookies

   Lay your cookies out upside down on a large plate. Unwrap the mini peanut butter cups and place one upside down on top of each cookie. Scoop 3/4 of the frosting into a small sandwich baggie. Snip off one of the corners and slowly squeeze out frosting around the peanut butter cup to create the white headband part of your 'hat'. Dye the remaining 1/4 of the frosting with the orange food coloring. Place the colored frosting in another sandwich baggie. Snip off a corner and squeeze out to create the orange 'buckle' on the front of the hat! So easy, so cute!
