Picture Frame Eggs

   Butter both sides of bread slice.

   Cut out center of bread slice with a round cookie cutter.

   Heat griddle.

   Place bread slice on griddle.

   Crack eggs and pour into hole in bread slice.

   Salt and pepper to taste.

   When bread slice is browned, flip over and brown other side.

   Remove when egg is cooked.
