Picnic Ham With Pickling Spice

   Boil potatoes and prepare like regular mashed potatoes (milk, butter, salt and pepper).

   Let cool and add little more butter and milk.

   Mix 2 eggs (pre-beaten) to mixture and stir.

   Add flour a tablespoon at a time until consistency of dough.

   Roll into patties and fry in oil that has had a teaspoon of butter added to oil.
