2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 cups Onion, Finely Chopped (about 1 Small Onion)
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 dash Ground Oregano
1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin (a Scant 1/2 Teaspoon)
8 ounces, weight Can Of Tomato Sauce, Divided
1/4 cups Raisins
1/4 cups Green Olives Stuffed With Pimiento, Halved
2 teaspoons Sazon Completo
1/4 cups White Cooking Wine

1) Heat olive oil in a pan at medium heat.

Add the onions and cook until they begin to get translucent.

Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute.

Add 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce and cook for about 2 minutes.

2) Add the ground beef and break up any large pieces with a wooden spoon.

3) Add the wine, the Sazon Completo, ground oregano, ground cumin and mix together with a wooden spoon.

Cook until the meat begins to brown, about 10 minutes.

Cover and lower the heat to allow the flavors to blend.
