1 kg ground beef/pork/chicken
1 onion, chopped
1/2 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup water
2 cup tomato sauce
4 large potato (cubed)
2 carrots (cubed)
1 can green peas

Saute garlic and onion in oil.

Set aside.

Cook ground beef/pork/chicken in oil until brown.

If you want potatoes to be a bit crunchy you may cook them in oil too before mixing it with cooked ground meat, carrots and green peas.

Add water and bring to boil.

Pour tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.

Season with oregano, sugar, salt, soy sauce and black pepper.
