Philly Beef 'n' Pepper Strata

   Place a third of the bread cubes in a greased 13 x 9 inches baking dish.

   Layer with a third of the pepper/onion blend, roast beef, and cheese.

   Repeat layers twice.

   In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper, pour over the top.

   Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

   Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.

   Bake, covered at 325 for 1 hour.

   Uncover and bake 15-20 minutes longer or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
