Phenomenal Moist Chicken!!

   Preheat oven to 425F

   Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste

   Combine mayo and parmesan cheese in a small bowl

   Spread mayo mixture over seasoned chicken breasts

   Sprinkle bread crumbs over chicken.

   You can add more bread crumbs if desired.

   I usually add more!

   Bake chicken at 425F for 25-30 minutes until juices from chicken run clear

   I used an 8x8 dish to cook the chicken, and I placed a small amount of olive oil in the bottom of the dish.

    I served this with mashed garlic cheese potatoes and broccoli
